I was just over at fubiz wasting a couple of minutes before having to read my way through more crap in my inbox. And I found some cool little images by Alexandre Efimov - apparently he’s from St Petersburg in Russia (I’m having an Elvis was a hero to most moment here as if I should know who he is and dont).

So thats him - off to listen to the telescopes radio station at last.fm to help me get through what is turning into an untterly crappy day.
Some times the simplistic brutality of a song time encompasses a whole concept and needs little explanation. I think this is one of them.
Thatcher Fucked the Kids by Frank Turner does remind me of Billy Bragg (not sure thats a good thing or not) but at the same time has made me smile. the song title is almost as good as “Bring me the head of Michael Portillo” by the Family Cat.
I still prefer the sheer hatred and anger of “IFWHITEAMERICATOLDTHETRUTHFORONEMINUTEITSWHOLEWORLDWOULDFALLAPART” by the Manic Street Preachers.
Its a shame that the ‘Love me Tender’ Ad over @ AgentProvocateur takes so long to load. I sat at my desk, at work, waiting for the ad to load - and it was worth the wait but Jees it felt like I was waiting an eternity - probably increased server load.
Anyway I had never seen the little vixen (goes by the name of Rosie Huntington-Whiteley) so I thought a few of you would be interested in the following images:

Quick post to say thanks to the lovely Sanna (the cute girl on the right) @ The Vagabond Set for letting us borrow/use one of her lovely images - this one is from the photo set listed on her post ‘Dont look now mum‘. For the eagle eyed amongst you the lyrics are pinched from Freak Scene by Dinosaur JR. One of the greatest songs ever written in my humble opinion.
I have no idea who these folks are but they make some kick ass websites. Lovely to look at anyway. They’re called Gelo Factory and they make the kind of websites that are a joy to wander through.
Joe’s Jeans sell clothes would you believe but they have some of the cutest models I’ve seen on a fashion site for a while. When was the last time you saw a girl hitching up her skirt on the homepage of a fashion site? On that point when was the first time? Joe’s Jeans do - and she’s hot.
This weekend was a nice relaxing one. Party on Friday night and then a stroll around Edinburgh on Saturday. All in all very nice and relaxing. Sunday was spent getting in touch with folks about general stuff (like Stereolab tickets) and other such nonsense.
Anyway its Moday, its raining (again) and looks like being a thoroughly miserable day with little to brighten the outlook. So I thought I’d put up some pics of cute girls to help everyone get through the day.
Hope its brightened up your day.
For a while I’ve really enjoyed the music of Daniel Johnston. It kinda started at a BMX Bandits gig where they were playing one of his songs “Do you really love me” - its in the video below (not the gig I was at unfrotunately). Last night ‘More Four’ - a channel four offshoot showed the movie of his life “The Devil and Daniel Johnston”.
